MTN airtime and data usage

As far as I understand, with the new contract packages from MTN you can use your included airtime on data or on voice calls.
But I saw an MTN flyer today that says you can use only 20% of that airtime for data.
I don't remember seeing that anywhere else before. Can someone clarify please.

Vodacom does not do this on their top up packages. U can use all your airtime for data (either to purchase a data bundle or to browse @ OOB rates)

3 months ago when I sign a Anytime contract this max 20% of airtime was not communicated to me.(I did ask if I can use all for data if I want.)

The big joke! How do they calculate 20% with a Data counter that is not working?

Only the anytime packages. The topup packages airtime is real airtime and you can use all it for data.
