MTN South Africa has achieved the fastest indoor mobile data service in South Africa using LTE-Unlicensed technology.

How is this unaffordable? This won't come at a premium rate, it will be the same price as 3G data or GPRS for that matter. People always seem to complain about the price of data when it comes to these articles on speed, the things you do with your data won't dramatically increase when your speed does it will just make browsing a breeze since loading times will be almost instant.

Ah - so less of a bottleneck to the back haul than the traditional stuff.

Yip. Backhaul on LTE sites (not even LTE-A, just plain old LTE) needs to be fibre as far as I know, else it is pointless. So with this, I would say it puts the fibre to good use, more so than just normal LTE.
