mtn bandwidth useage report

I have a mtn data bundle but for the life of me I cannot see where I can check the monthly usage report. Can someone please point me in the right direction...

contract, thanks meneer... service provider is Nashua mobile though, shouldn't make a difference, should it?

Not 100% sure, i think MTNactive is only MTNSP bassed

mmm... I think so too, it says no record of my number on the network..

Seems the only way I can check my bandwidth usage is by phoning Nashua for a report or by looking at the data usage report on the dashboard on the modem program... Nashua and MTN do not have a agreement whereby MTN users can check their usage via mtnactive... Seems ridiculous to me...

If it's any consolation the same applies to MWeb's MTN packages -- you cannot check data use through the normal and reasonably efficient MTN systems, having to rely instead on MWeb's website, which even confesses itself that it is having accuracy problems! If it weren't for the more favourable rates, there's a lot to be said for cutting out the middleman.

If you're with a contract provider other than MTN SP you are afaik entirely reliant on the provider's facilities; no web, SMS or USSD services from MTN will help. Again, afaik.

Yip it sure seems that why which is some what disappointing really... One is basically left to the discretion and integrity of the service provider without any recourse to the actual provider of the service...
