Hey guys,
I have an anyrime 350 contract and I check my balance every day. Today was no exception, I had R37 on my phone and I just made a call and checked again expecting it to still say R37 because it updates every morning or something.
When I checked it said that I have R0 left, and the amount of time I phoned could not have been R37, I phoned less than 10 minutes.
So I checked if I did not maybe sat on my phone and phoned out, and I did not pjone out in the last three days - so I am wondering what happened to my airtime.
All I can think of is that I opened garmap, but I did not use it, just wanted to see how it looks and I am sure it does not download one map that is 20MB.
Is there some problem with the billing updates?
