Is there anyone out there who can assist me further as I am really at my wits end with this bull$#@! company.
I have a month to month fiber line with MTN, but they are just totally unable to get the monthly charges right.
I have had multiple queries open with them, and they are just downright too incompetent to get it right.
Actions taken thus far
Emailed the helpdesk countless times - no response
Called the helpdesk countless times - after initial call I get nothing out of them
Emailed customer complaints - No response
Logged on HelloPeter - No response
Short of taking my tent and going to camp at the office, how can I just get someone in accounts to speak to me so I can tell them where they keep screwing up??
