yesDid you phone them ?
I did all my contracts via email. Never stepped into a store. But it was business Contracts , maybe it works different .Well you could always phone them and find out if you can email it, their number is 083 123 1761.
Anyone tried moving their contract to another number?
With the call bundles being removed on the 60+60 contract I'd like to move the contract to a new/different number and then port my primary number to another network.

How do you do this?I just realised an option for those with the data deals that they have removed the voice bundles you could provision the sim on Afrihost, Axxess or any of the virtual networks and buy your voice bundles from them, just don't install their apn and carry on using your native MTN data bundles.
Have your contract sim added(provisioned) to the Afrihost(or whoever you choose) virtual network and then once that's active then you have access to all their voice bundles/rates.How do you do this?
Checked with them, its not possible unfortunately.Have your contract sim added(provisioned) to the Afrihost(or whoever you choose) virtual network and then once that's active then you have access to all their voice bundles/rates.
Just first confirm that you can use your Mtn data after the sim has been provisioned, from what I understand you will still be able to access the native data if you don't change the data apn to Afrihost or whatever the provider uses. Go to the Afrihost website and apply for one of their mobile network pay as you use deals.
Why?Checked with them, its not possible unfortunately.
It's a long, hard ballache but it's definitely possible.Highly doubt it, I would wager your chances of being able to do that at about zero.
They dont offer voice only on an mtn sim. Cant provision for voice only. Why?
Thats why I said provision the sim but don't change the apn so that you still have access to the native Mtn data bundles, why wouldn't that work? They dont offer voice only on an mtn sim. Cant provision for voice only.
As you can see I'm on the R299 60Gb+60Gb package. Anyone know what's up with the high billing?
Is their no line item at the bottom of this screen that says "Monthly service fee discount"?. That is where my "Discount" shows that brings it down to R299.00 pm.
