person i spoke to has yet to get back to me and i dont feel like holing on the line for 45 mins again..
 
Has it reverted to 500gb + 100gb night data as some one else claimed?
I've been trying to get onto this deal for nearly 2 weeks.
got an application in, but it was rejected by vetting cause the sales agent got my bank account name wrong.

That was a week ago.

not been able to make any progress since then!

Mpho promised to phone me, but never does.
 
spent 40 mins on phone yesterday.

Data was credited this morning after credit check.

135, cancellation department. Only they can help, store level and upgrades wont do the R499 deal.

She's not in the correct department but will gladly forward your call to someone in retentions without the hassle of calling 135.

Managed to upgrade to the R149pmx36m deal, but they didn't want to sell me the 500gb+500gb deal as I wanted it loaded onto a new sim.

Phone 135, ask to be put through to retentions, hold ad infinitum. You have to hold for up to an hr, it's just the way it is.

lol i did this already and the lady said she'll call back and nothing... will have to try find time i guess. just sucks ass, should have done it there and then
 
They completely messed up my order, a new sim was issued instead of upgrading my existing sim. They couldnt deliver the sim and now the order has been in limbo for the last week. Tired of calling them everyday. So frustrating.

I've been having this same issue. I've advised guys on this thread to escalate the issue as well so they give it attention but I don't think anyone else has. See the screenshot below from a rep on the MTNs twitter, this was today in the evening.

Datashare is the main reason I took out this offer :(
