So you saying that if I took out a phone contact I wasn't suppose to get the 30gigs but rather the 50 gig pro rata ?

If you took out a phone contract, the 30GB should be included unless they replaced it with the 50GB x 24 months promo

I wanted the 50gig promo and the mtn lady confirmed it. Said wait a few days for it to activate.

So does it mean I'll get the 30gigs plus the 50 gig promo
 
Got mine yesterday. Awaiting on Nadir to test the secondary sim. Hope it works!
 
Just a quick update. My secondary sim is still not working/active and its hour 44 of the 48 they claimed it will take to get activated. I tired calling 0831239622 but I get an automated voice message saying they are closed. I tired calling 0831233667 and they said I must call the previous number to get it activated. I called 808 and they said I must call the first number or go back to the store to see why its not active yet.

On a different note, 2 new sim cards got delivered to me earlier. Both of those sim cards have no indication of what they are and what numbers they are linked to. I have no way of finding out since the activations call centre is closed. I hope its not a new primary sim to allow the dual sim to work. Otherwise that will take another 48 hours to activate

Yeah - call centre seems down.
Anyone know if it's possible to activate through a self-service channel?
 
I might have lost track on the forum, but has anyone checked their Invoice for sim only packages? I signed up for the R149 package but my invoice is sitting at R472.52 (charging me twice for the package)

Mine is sitting at 462! Anyone queried it yet? I think 808 sorts issues like these out.

Just received my online purchased sim but the 0831239622 call centre is dead.
How else can I activate - I assume going to shop will not help as they also use the same call centre?
Tried *141*0# but none of the menus offer an activation option
 
I went back to the store that did my dual sim application. It has not been processed yet and the guy sent the application again and hopefully this time they actually do it
