Hi, i am having the exact same issue on 2 of my contract deals tht i upgraded on black friday last year and i have tried to sort out with them but didnt get anywhere. Can you perhaps share how uu manged to sort this issue out, because now I am getting very frustrated with this issue.

She's the Executive Corp Affairs and usually if she says someone will call you they usually do..
 
Define out standing
For example if I decide 10 months down the line
I want to cancel do I pay the rest of 14 months and a month extra
Or just the month I'm in and the next month penalty

Is data share allowed in this contract? Asked myn consultant and they were unsure
 
Out of the blue I see a BF billing line on my newest uninvoiced bill. But didnt upgraded for years! (or zero BF stuff bought / or contracts)

Let me follow up
 
Got a response from MTN Executive Complaints.. Over 1 month later.
Looks like they still plan on having the data share issue resolved this month.

The response from MTN is bullshit. They don't give us users a definite answer.

I had to take another 500GB contract out as I had planned a good setup to take advantage of Datashare.
Otherwise the network is fast and enjoyable. But please hook us up.

We all know it is just a software switch over, very easy to implement.

Having a problem wherein I've paid by CC and they still did a debit order. Where exactly do I see my full bill.

The one on the app isn't helpful. Is the MyMTN app the right one?

Yes so I am wondering what their MTN Choice 500GB package consisted of since that's the base data there and we all seem to have went with MTN Choice 400GB.

I suppose it's pointless in knowing right now since those deals have passed, but just curious to know if we missed out on a better deal :ROFL:
