Hi, bought a Mtn data sim this morning and can't activate it, get a message saying connection problem or invalid mmi code. Next message says yello please restart your phone.
According to mtn the sim is Riccardo

What else do I try?
The mtn shop I got it from just says if it doesn't work they will just refund me.

Check with Riccardo if rica'd the sim.
And if he is vaccinated then it should connect to 5G.
