For those of you who work there... here are my reference numbers of ONE query...

All i get are automated email replies "we will get back to you bla bla B/S.
Call centre are useless as well, "we can't access this type of query
Facebook response "please inbox me"which I have done, and followed up on, but still get the "we will revert to you" generic response via Facebook.

I've already cancelled my data contract with MTN, next are my 3x cell contracts..
