MTN Business - Rant

So I am trying to contact MTN business for a connectivity solution.

this is what happens

Me: hi i need a solution

MTN: customer number

Me: no i am a new client

MTN: oh

MTN: call terminated.

pls if you dont need business just say so.

There is no account manager numbers on there site, how does someone contact them ??
