MTN Call Centre (808)

Well a fat lot of good it is having a call centre when a client cannot get through!

I've just tried multiple times from my cell (808) and my landline (083 1 808) and after listening and pressing my way through endless options I eventually choose the option to speak to an operator (0) and every time the call gets cut with a message "network busy"...

Pathetic MTN!

Try 1555 from you mtn phone or 0831555. I have had much more luck with that number.

You dont have to go thru the whole menu. After the first bit of options just press the 0.

Tried that.... repeatedly.... each press would skip to the next section of the recording.

Strange..

Normally you enter number
confirm
listen to your balance

then the voice starts .... if ffhcgdd.... then 1

At that point you can press 0, normally and not listen to the rest...

Just wait to get an answer...
