Ok,
I have sent emails to MTN and no reply now im going to post here.
I got my upgrade phone about a month ago. The day after i got it my old contract phone broke.
I only had that phone for 6 months because my other contract phone gave problems as well.
Now mtn is avoiding my emails and complaints. Im am not willing to pay for repairs because this is now the second time that this has happened to me. AS soon as you owe mtn money they are quick to jump on your back but when you have queries they ignore you.
The phone is a Samsung d900i, and it does not want to charge anymore.
Is there any one here who can give me an email address i can send it to, because im tired of being ignored now for the last 3 weeks.
