I have been suspended now since the 5th of January because of what MTN explains is hitting the Credit Limit.
I got the account (ProCall 120 @ R330) and a 500MB Bundle + 200 SMS. This was November 2007. December passed and only the 20th was there a invoice made for Nov/Dec billing period. This is due end of this month. When January came the Unbilled and invoiced amounts was greater than the Credit Limit hence being suspended.
Why does MTN work in this way? They should know your account would hit that credit limit if you have those types of bundles loaded?
I have to use MTN HSPDA from Friday for my internet via my phone and I cant because I am suspended
Im moving and Telkom is probably going take their time as per usual.
