MTN Data Share

Anyone else having issues with gaining access to Data Share page on the new MTN app?
Mine just continues to load and nothing happens. Page just appears blank.
Been happening for a few days.
 
Ok. I have now moved to a new contract. “Mobile internet platinum”. It’s definitely a consumer contract. The data share page says I can share 30gigs out of the 50gigs.

However. Sharing isn’t working. Same issue. When I call 135. They now tell me sharing to a prepaid number doesn’t work even on consumer. You can only share to a contract number.

I’m really confused. Anybody else still sharing to a prepaid number?

Consumer contract will share to prepaid. Make sure those sims are not already linked to share from your previous number.

Also give it a day or 2 to start sharing.
Same nonsense happen to me last week, and after 2 days or so it worked

I was sharing to that prepaid number before I upgraded to this contract and it was working g.

Will wait a few more days. Just got my contract activated this morning.
 
Ya. Will probably be easier. Now they are telling me that my kids sim is inactive. Even though it s working and can make calls/smss etc.

I don’t think they have a clue what is going on.
