It has now been 4 days since I made an online order for a phone on TopUp 100 from MTN Direct. I was told that an operator would contact me, but until now i have still not recieved any kind of response. This is an additional contract under my name, so shouldn't it be quick to process?
I have left a message on the 'feedback' section on the MTN website with my contact details, and still, no response. I called the MTN Direct contact number and was told that they would "investigate"
Has anyone else ordered from MTN Direct? What do I do now? How much longer am I supposed to wait?
