MTN disconnected me for their wrong billing.

My contract sim has been disconnected for their overbilling problems. I reversed my payment last month and paid in my average in cash into their account. This payment has not showed up in MTNActive for 3 weeks now.

I have 2 months of my contract left but cannot use my sim but they will keep loading 350MB on it and I will have to pay for it but cannot use it.

What to do??
 
Prepaid on CellC has its benefits.

Drawback is, with prepaid you have to buy the phone upfront. Not a problem if you save R250 every month for a new phone :D
