My contract sim has been disconnected for their overbilling problems. I reversed my payment last month and paid in my average in cash into their account. This payment has not showed up in MTNActive for 3 weeks now.
I have 2 months of my contract left but cannot use my sim but they will keep loading 350MB on it and I will have to pay for it but cannot use it.
What to do??
