MTN Double billing this month?

A few months ago I changed to eft payment from debit orders because of a snafu with MTN's billing. I see this month, I've received invoice notifications twice and their online system also seems to have duplicated the invoices, however it has not been charge twice on the statement, just the documentation done twice. Being eft, it doesn't affect me as I will still only pay one amount but it happened to both contracts I have so it's not an isolated concurrence.

Just a heads up, watch your bank account this month if you have an MTN contract.

MTN's billing sucks!

My MTN contract expires on the 3rd of next month and although I have already told them that I don't want to renew the contract I received a bill for the whole of that month!
When I phoned MTN customer services and asked why I have been billed for the whole of May I was told that this is 'normal', even though my contract will run for just 3 days of May!
I'll never get involved with an MTN contract again!
