MTN Down ?

MTN Down 2015-10-02 ?

So is it just me, my MTN (phone+data) has been dead since like 11am , i can't even phone them to find out if there's an issue. Anyone else having issues?

No problems here in PE. I've just been out & about for 2hrs, voice & data working fine.

MTN seems to be back up but was down this morning

Trust me, first thing i do. Must be something in my area, i did go check here though, and there is definitely a spike in reports, so something is up

I was actually still on the phone busy talking when everything cut out and it's still not back.

Same in the area where I work. MTN phones was down for a while. shows signal and 3G, but cannot browse the internet or make phone calls. seems to be back now.

There was a drop in Jozi, colleagues phone went dead for a while. Could call him but not out.

I also had no data connection for an hour or so. There was definitely some issue.
