MTN error 31 on Huawei E220

Getting a error 31 when trying to connect to the network with the bundled mtn software. ms dialup also does not work.

Not my PC and I know very little about 3G stuff, let me know what other info you guys need.

Any ideas?

This one is common. Check in properties of your dial-up conection whether proper modem is selected. I you have other (non P&P) modems installed and you attempt to dial without USB modem connected, Windows will use other modem and save this settings!
