Was hoping to get some good advice if possible.
MTN advertised a deal for a Samsung S21FE with a Free Samsung Tablet a7 on their website for R519.
I've gotten a "Soft Reservation for Order" confirmation on the 16 of March. However, on the date of delivery which was the 25th of March 2022 upon receiving the package, I realized I only received the phone and called customer care. I was directed to call Mondo. Mondo told me to claim the device on the Samsung account under benefits.
Got home and tried to do this and logged a complaint with Samsung which then told us this deal already passed and can no longer be claimed.
After numerous battles with MTN and not Treating customers fairly from their end I keep on getting people not able to help and telling us not this deal has already expired. How come did they then still give this to me within March if this deal was ended at the end of February?
