I have seen it reported on this forum and as a result I tested/ checked my usage. It seems that the dashboard software shows roughly twice the amount of data. I have checked the usage against my remaining balance on my data bundle. According to the dashboard I have used +- 215 MB and according to the balance on 141 number I have used 113.

MTNDD are you aware of this problem?

There is a problem. Try downloading the Huawei Data Card Management software from the Huawei website. It works wonders.

MTN are aware of the problem with the Huawei MTN dashboard not showing accurate info.

Don't go based on what the dashboard shows you.

Huawei are aware and are trying to sort this out.

Can someone explain the nature of the problem? I have tracked what the MTN F@stlink Data Card software reports for the last few days and it seems to follow very closely to what Windows XP reports. Where exactly does the discrepancy lie?

I think it's between the 16202 and the info on the software as 16202 only updates once a day.
