Hi everyone 
I recently started having problems with my MTN fastlink modem and when I uninstalled the MTN online application, it seems as though the computer wiped the modem as well.
Now when I plug in the device, there is no plug and play feature - my laptop doesn't even recognise the device at all. For a while, I could access the internet via dial-up in the Settings of Windows 10, under the Network panel.
However, now it is saying that a driver is missing and it cannot find it online.
I tried the MTN online software downloads, but it seems as though they are only upgrades and they search for a device before downloading. However, as my laptop doesn't recognise the device, this method does not work at all.
Naturally, I tried going to three different MTN shops, but none of them were able to help me.
Please could anyone advise a course of action??
