When they install they will give you a 087 number, that is your identifier

Hey Blunt,

Glad you're in the final processes. You should receive an email from Huawei (well at least I did) or possibly MTN telling you that your service should be working. Once you've received that email, the mycontact site etc should be working.

Fibre was installed yesterday afternoon, 20mbit and I am so impressed :D

Streaming has been a dream, speedtests consistent close to full 20mb local and international.

Thanks, quite disappointing international speed, hows a US server? Good to hear an upgrade is easy then i can start with 20 and see how it goes. I see the consensus on debit orders is a big fat no so will definitely avoid that thanks

if your interested i moved overvfrom mtn to smart village on mtn fiber 100mbps uncapped is much better than mtn capped but not cheap at R1599 pm

Hey, the move was easy but took about two weeks. The only additional installation is that they bring you a new router and VoIP phone.

The router is a Netgear nighthawk ac1900 but you can use your own router.
