MTN Friday 13th Special

Well I'm quite impressed with MTN speeds. I collected my Friday 13th MTN SIM this morning, and put the SIM in my new LeTV LE MAX 128 GB 6.33" Chinese smart phone that arrived two days ago. I saw that MTN had already loaded my 30 GB free data onto my SIM, so I turned off WiFi on my phone to force a speed test through the MTN network.

Not bad - I have heard stories of MTN throttling the free data. Also good is that it appears (at these speeds) that my new Chinese phone operates on the MTN LTE band - I hadn't checked to see if it covers the same MTN LTE band

Yes and yes, we don't know which Friday the original promo would run again, but they run a promo (50gig) on certain handsets. Let me see if i cant get a pic of the phones that you can choose from (selected phones only) and with this any day deal you can't take sim only

Seems you get 50gig x24 then 30gig x1 and then the 2gig as per normal(or whatever packages you select)
