MTN - good service.

Everyone tells me how good MTN is...

They offer great prices, their contracts are exceptional, etc etc.

The other day my brother bought a datacable at an mtn store.This cable cost him R400. He got home and the cable did not want to work. He took it back but they refused to give him his money back.

I just need to know if i am the only one who does not understand this and if there is anyone out there who has got the same problem as me. And if anyone can give me advice please feel free to do so :confused:

Can you please suply me with the dealer's name contact number and your brother's details and I'll sort it out cause that's not on!

I am sick and tired of this kind of service, thank gawd that we have ppl like mtn data dude and v3g on here who can try to help us out

mtn has never given me bad service , besides waiting for my new phoen for 2 months while vodacom had it already
 
This just comes to show that if you work through the right channels your problem will get sorted out.After i mailed MTN Data Dude he responded within 5 minutes sendding me a carbon copy of the email he sent to one of the managers at mtn

if only there were more people like MTN Data Dude...

The guy just phoned my mom and told her that my brother can have a full cash refund...
