Hang on David whilst the next round of brown envelopes is exchanging hands.How many scandals has this company been involved in?I've lost count.
 
I find it truly amazing how the general media furor over all this - from the headlines, to mainstream articles, to the deep "business insight" pages digging into share prices, CEO blah blah whatever....only ever mention the apparent reason for the fine in a single sentence, somewhere towards the middle of whatever article, with no further analysis or comment!

The media and the mouthpiece manipulators running this dog-and-pony-show REALLY don't want you to realize that this is RICA-In-Africa part deux. Every effort is being spent, and no expense is being spared, to make sure the LAST thing you think about is your phone as a government-registered tracking device, no matter where in Africa (or the rest of the world) you are. No, no, no. It's all just technical 'business stuff', it's just some CEOs fault....Just get on with it, you have work to do!
