For a long term strategy yes.. but question is how long of a long term strategy are we talking and have they hit bottom. Then additionally you have to wonder if they have fixed the culture wrt obeying regulators.. to me it seems like the latter has a long road ahead which will mean a lengthy recovery

^This. Pretending MTN mismanagement is a one-time thing is all fun and games, but doesn't make for good investments. Many of the large corporates are going to get hit hard as the culture of non-accountability, corruption and apathy previously reserved for government only, now begins to infect the private sector to a greater extent.
