MTN, how many days for 96 working hours?

I've logged a complaint because of poor throughput & speed on the 7/26/2012 and received this;

Y'ello!

Please note a complaint has been logged for investigation on ref # 00xxxxx

the turn around time is 96 working hours.

I don't know their working hours, so does anyone know how many days this will be.

I suppose 8 hours a day, so that is 12 days. Calculated from 26th July, if you are extremely lucky you will get a response after (not before) 13th August. Don't count week-ends.

That reminds me, I have (probably had, by now) a complaint logged with them for speed/reception issues. Logged on 26/04/2012... :erm:

If you haven't heard from them by the end of next week, maybe just call to follow up (have your ref # handy). Like ChilliGirl said though, more likely the 14th.

Don't expect decent response either. I logged speed complains and was responded that Cape Town CBD does not support 3G only EDGE.
