Received our hsdpa cards from MTNSP yesterday,tested it ,works great.
Excellent service from mtnsp durban.
The huawei e620 card gprs/edge/3g/hsdpa

The cards are branded with the mtn logo's ,look like the vodafone cards.

Hi. I recieved my MTN Datacard yesterday. The Merlin U740 HSDPA card. Very nice card, except when I actually began downloading an application in an HSDPA coverage area (Fairlands in JHB - Right next door to MTN HQ) I was only receiving data speeds on 75kbs. Ive read that you should be getting around 700kbs. Very interesting!
 
I took my card on contract but was told it is R1600 cash. I even complained because I had to pay in R250 when you can get the other cards for the same price free [on contract].

Where did you get it? I mean where exactly, which shop? Would they have adaptors to make it work on my desktop?
 
this is so wierd we have 2 wireless towers scattered arround our area and a telkom exchange about 1.6kms away from my house
