Hi Guys

I searched the site but could not find my particular issue.

I have been using MTN i-Mail ever since it was launched and love it:)
I recently migrated my package from Anytime (classic) to Anytime Hybrid (Top Up) - still a contract (but I get to recharge with prepaid airtime after my free airtime is depleted.

Ever since the migration (Sept 30 09) I noticed the the i-Mail no longer works. I can still receive and send any other MMS' but I no longer get MMS' with the Voicemail clip (i-Mail) after a caller has left me a voicemail.

I have already logged a query with MTN about this but still waiting for feedback. I just wanna find out whether i-Mail works on the new Anytime hybrid (TopUp) or not. It's that simple. I am so surprised that the MTN Customer Service people cant advice me on this.
 
I think I-mail is just for Anytime not Anytime Topup customers. :(

Hi there:)

I called a colleague to check on that, she says its available for the topup aswell, log a call with the call centre and have em check whats happening there.
 
Now this is so confusing, I called MTN 173 so many times already. Some call centre agents says it works and others says it doesn't. Ay, MTN!!!!
 
Ey i tell you it does appear to be inconsistent information that be flying around lately, I dont keep up with all the latest stuff myself:o
