"Unless a query is raised in respect of the contents of this bill within
30 days from the date thereof, the contents shall be deemed to be correct."

How can they come and say after 30 days that they did not charge me for old data?

I think he's trying to put a spin on the terms and condtions of the contract so as not to pay ie in the month of may for data used in February.

the t&c say MTN will not intertain any queries on a bill after 30days but MTN has been billing us on 90day invoices,voilating its own t&c...legaly a contract binds two parties...

Well done Lud, i havent had to study the terms and conditions in a while but im sure we're covered in this regard, if not they wouldve had many legal complaints in that regard.
