MTN loyalty rewards

Are you people buying a once off data bundle or subscribing to one on prepaid or contract? What on earth you on about cancelling recurring bundle? You lost me.Dont understand.All i know my data gets finished before the 60 day period and i get to buy as many as i like :) am on prepaid and loving it.Never ever had a problem so far.I didnt cancel anything.Lol my new data bundle got added on to my previous bundle.
 
I just got an sms this morning letting me know that my 10mb data bundle was successfully transferred to me, yet it wasn't and the last time I tried buying one was two days ago!

I really hope mtn gives me my points back. I went and bought airtime yesterday so I could buy a data bundle.
 
Im on contract, and I think I was one of the very few first people to use loyalty points to buy multiple bundles as I think I bougth mine on the 23rd of March or so. The first 10mb bundle and 100sms bundle purchase went well.... There wasnt any sms confirmation at that time .... Which made matters worse cause u have no proof of purchase should you want to querry.

After I depleted my 10mb data I immediately bought another one. Thats when things started, after 2 daysm there wasnt any bundle in my account - still no sms confirmation.

I decided to buy another one - same thing. Then I querried this with both MTN and my SP. To cut the long story short, ever since then, I am still waiting for feedback.... Did the whole HelloPeter thing ... Arep from my SP called,,,, still no further feedback...
 
i have been trying to register for 2 weeks , still "sorry mtn are experienceing a problem....................."
 
I got an sms letting me know some of my data is expiring soon. Yet the only data on my sim card was bought a week ago.

What the hell is going on at mtn?
 
Guys just wondering about mtns loyalty rewards.Will they be giving out prizes such as cellphones if your loyalty points exceed 2000 points? They got this programme for a while now.Dont you think its time to reward loyal customers? Hmmmm.Got a sms.Saying i got over 2200 points and saying i must spend it.Dont want to.
 
Oh if i dont spend my 2200 points what will happen then? Will i lose everything :( been with mtn for quite a while now.Dont know what to do.Really looking forward to the prizes if they going to offer.Come on MTN GIVE A LITTLE BACK TO LOYAL MTN CUSTOMERS LIKE MYSELF.Not everyone going to get 2000 points and more.Hope you mtn guys do give out prizes such as cellphones and its some GOOD AND BETTER THAN WHAT VODACOM offers as prizes.Think extremely loyal mtn customers should get the best prizes.Dont want to spend my points on airtime,or sms,or data bundles.Really want something worthwhile from MTN PLEASE GUYS ! ITS NEARLY CHRISTMAS AND MY BIRTHDAY SO MAKE IT GOOD TO MTN LOYAL CUSTOMES !
 
I must say, MTN loyalty points beats the crap out of Vodacom talking points.

It even carried over from last month and MTN first depletes the inclusive monthly 25 sms bundle (that you always get on Anytime anyway) before starting to deplete the loyalty points bundle further.

I got like 50mb in 10mb incruments and 200 sms. And yes. This mtn points beats the hell out of vodacom's talking points where you need to spends thousends of rands to get something decent :wtf:

Doesn't take a lot to beat Vodacom's talking points, but I guess MTN has to offer more to keep the few customers they have left...
