I registered for mtn loyalty rewards and got 20 % of my feb spending on mtn back.Will this happen every month since i am registered or do i have to use a ussd code everytime to get my previous months spend back? Will i get 20 % back every month or is it just one time? How does it work.Can anyone tell me how it works.How you calculate 20 % ? On every call or recharge?
 
Keep it up mtn.Really love mtn's loyalty reward.When will handsets be included as a prize? Will i be getting back 20 % back on my previous month spend every month or is it just a one time offer.Want more details on mtns loyalty reward.
 
As far as i can recall the 20% pay back was for the first month only... The rest of the program functions much like its vodacom counterpart. Though their are addistions to the program as vodacom does not reward you for being on the network mtn gives you a piont everyday. And pionts for every rands spent while on the network.

AltechAutopage - No MTN Loyalty to Contract Subscribers!!!

According to some dude at AltechAutopage (Shalin Naidoo) and his supervisor, MTN Loyalty Program is only available to Top Up users!!! Yet I have a ProCall (soon to be Anytime contract with Nashuamobile and I have been earning and spending points).

Moreover, I currently have over 800 points on this Autopage contract (work) but this Shalin dude says "its just an error" as its impossible to register nor earn points on a contract line!

What can I do to inform this dude that the program is available to all MTN subscribers:

haha!!!:D IM PRE-PAID! And used points already and got airtime and db. lmao how do these people ever work for sp like Autopage when they are giving wrong information to clients?
 
i just saw the 1-4-1 add in the You magazine and it says that the Loyalty programme is for everyone, both contract and prepaid.

i spent my points and the balance decreased but after doing the 162 thing there is no difference.
 
I have signed up contract, prepaid and even autopage customers for loyalty points.

Try it, it should work. Even if only for the free SMS'ses :)
 
The data bundles is a nice touch on MTN there (if only they could upgrade their prehistoric network to 3G+). With my vodacom data card, there is nothing to do with the points!

Good work MTN - and I see as I sign up I get like 1700 points meaning I am being rewarded retrospectively, nice...
 
Im on contract anytime 120 i registered for this program . My question is i bought a 10 mb bundle and ten smss' where can you check yr balance for royalty, if you on contract *141# does not work . Im not sure whether i should use my contract sim to check my email and such incase i get charged even though i have a free ten mb data bundle .
 
If I use a bundle, lets say 200sms's. How long is the loaded bundle active (basically how long does one have before it expires)
 
Adding to that I got an SMS to say I subscribed to SMS200 and my anniversary date is 15/05/2009.

WTF if I do not have enough points by then, does that mean I will be charged for it?

as previously stated... dial *141*9*0# for balance enquiry. I'm on contract too and just checked my balance. :D
 
I have only seen recurring bundles on MTN, so I think you will be charged for a new bundle on your anniversary day. You can avoid this by cancelling the bundle the day before.
