MTN Night Express Data going off normal data

Hi All

I signed up for a MTN Black Friday Deal which included Night Express Data. The Night Express data can be used between midnight and 6am. I have however noticed that data used before 6am does not get consumed from the Night Express data but instead the Normal data.

Is there a MTN rep who can assist? Does additional provisions need to be done?\

Update: Went to the branch. Problem sorted :)

Hi. How did you get this resolved as I am having the same problem and no one seems to be able to help.
 
I have just had the same issue with data deducted from my normal bundle and not the night express bundle.
 
Same here my normal data is finished now and I'm left with my night data

So according to my itemised statement I have only used 66MB of my normal data since 21/05/2018, when my monthly 3GIG bundle is activated. But 400MB has been deducted. All the data that I have used before 06H00 has not been deducted from the night express. But as soon as the normal bundle is depleted, the night express works correctly. This has been going on for a year now. MTN can't sort it out.
How do I cancel my contract without paying a penalty?

OK, So I had the same issue as well.. called up MTN and got a resolution
1. Night Data times have changed. Now it's only 12.00am - 5.00am
2. If you have shared data with other SIMs, note that night data is only to be used with the Primary SIM

I've been having this issue as well for months now and MTN keep telling me they are looking into it and never resolve the issue.
Do you know if night express data gets used on your primary SIM if you create a WIFI-Hotspot with that device?

On Hotspot it uses the night data of primary sim.

For *uc" sakes you thing they would tell a person. You know a sms or email.

Lost 20GB because of this.
