MTN offer

I got a call from someone claiming to be calling from a company I didn't get the name but offering me an MTN uncapped lte router for 399 a month.
He did not have much details but it was capped to 30Mb download speed.

Has any one gotten this call and gotten more detail or tested the contract?

I don't see one for R399 capped at 30mb/s, but I do see one at R699?

The reliability depends on how much utilisation there is on the serving site, each experience then varies so it's hard to say.
