Mtn- online bad services

Mtn online services is just bad

1. At first it was them calling me at night telling me about their services then in my mind I thought they worked 24/7
2. When I got my uncapped wifi it was not connected to the service that means it was useless I had to drive to the nearest Mtn store for it to get fixed, they then told me it was actually a bad idea to have went for online services not store I ignored it
3. The internet was so bad but still ignored it
4. November I returned the device to my nearest Mtn store thinking that on the system it will clearly show that I am no longer using their services and they will cancel all debit
5. The debits are still very much active looks like this terrible customer care will continue
6. My monthly payments even went up I don’t know for what services am I still paying for for the past four months+ cause I don’t even have the device with me it was returned

This company is just so terrible if they work 24/7 since they call anytime why can’t they see what devices were returned

MTN online, MTN stores and MTN franchise stores are all different entities, with different systems, deals etc. A franchise store probably won't be able to help you with an contract you signed up for online.

Did you sign up for a 24 month contract? If you did you'll have to cancel or continue paying.

I never signed for a 24-month contract. While different systems and deals may be in place, the service provider remains MTN, which was the primary reason for my choice.

When I took the device to an MTN store, they did not indicate that they were unable to assist. Instead, they mentioned that ‘the online team often does this’ while still helping me. Similarly, when I returned the device, they did not refuse to accept it. It is unclear to me why these ‘different systems’ only seem to apply when I want to cancel.
