MTN has been ordered to reinstate nine employees dismissed in September 2010, the CWU said on Friday more

Such a stupid reason to dismiss in any case.

Since when does a company employ people on the basis that they are CWU members?

Being a member of the CWU should be a red flag to potential employers (I expect that CWU members probably would advertise their affiliation on their CV ).
