i think it is crap that you can only load R10 or R100 data bundle and it has to expire or run out before loading another one.

Has this been covered, MTN should allow multi loading of data bundles for PAYG customers.

Since they pay the most for airtime and access PAYG subscribers should be entitled to the same if not better benifits than regular customers.

i use the word subscribers lightly and in my own opinion the above is posted.

Hey

Just work around the problem until MTN sorts it out. It is not the end of the wolrd, just an inconvenience.

Get 2/3/4 SIMS and load each one after 1/2/3 weeks and you will get what you want.

You can try VM at R0.50/MB, but dont expect any support.

On Thursday night we will load corrections into IBS (on insistence from MTN SP) that will allow SP call agents to load any data bundle, at any time, to hybrid subscribers (MyChoice TopUP).

The benefit of this to subscribers are:

All those guys who complain about having to wait 30 days, and not being able to load a new bundle of higher or lower value in the month, can now do so. The only snag is they must be on a hybrid bundle and they must go through the call centre to do this. The IVR will not be able to do it for them. IVR will still be able to load bundles according to the “old” business rules.

Can I suggest that you guys test this first?

will give it a try on friday morning, thanks. how will they load this you will have to have the airtime available to be converted right?

sean thanks man, i would rather pay R1 per MB with MTN than 50 c with VM any day

No airtime necessary, Hybrid bundles gets charged by the SP on a monthly basses.
