MTN Pricing

Is this true???

“We hope to forge a closer relationship with wireless broadband subscribers by opening further showrooms in other cities and by expanding our reseller network,” said Mr Hall.

iBurst after sales service came out tops according to a MyADSL survey in July 2006, which stated: “iBurst promises customers good support, and unlike some of the other providers, they are putting their money where their mouth is. It is not surprising that their call centre response was also rated top in a previous survey.”

Geez..most of the complaints read on Ed's blog are a million times worse than the stuff I've read here...
If I found that part of their website two weeks ago, I would be posting stuff on the ADSL blogs on here... I'm pretty happy with their service right now (except: Helpdesk=idiots)...so I'm wondering if I'm also going to post "I'm canceling my account due to...." some time in the future.

As a company they should really look into peoples issues, if it was two customers moaning, it wouldn't be so bad..but this is huge. What's the point of getting new subscribers when you lose them in a few months...

Ivan, they are looking for "average joe" type customers, the browsers, light downloaders etc., whereas most of us here are "power users" that need and demand a good connection/speed/bandwidth which after all we are more than paying for.

iBurst are hoping to catch enough "joe" type customers out of the masses, those who don't know any different and will accept the system as it is.
