MTN Problems?

If you're experiencing problems dial the coverage helpdesk on 0839001212, you dont hold on forever and they would be able to advise you on any intermittent problems.

We have been without 3G for the last month here in Modderfontein.

Please note our TAT is 10 working days for a technician to contact you and make a suitable appointment to come to where the problem is.

First one was logged around the 4th of September and then I logged another on the 17th and finally got a reply on the 28th from MTN but nothing has been done. All my other colleagues logged faults from between the 4th and 17th but has had no replies....
