Hi guys,

Is there an MTN rep on MyBB? Am experiencing some signal issues and the call centre seems to be toothless.

My last Horcrux i stored on the Cell C website- good luck finding anything useful there :P

seriously though- if its: Midrand, Buccleuch, Lonehill, Sunninghill, Fourways, Beverley, Woodmead, Mpumalanga south, west and east i can let you know where you stand- otherwise il have to refer you to the coverage helpdesk...

Or perhaps have a number that I can call after 6pm. The Coverage Helpdesk is only open till 5 and I get home after 6.

I've seen that thread, it actually made my head spin. TBH, there's a lot of contradiction happening all over, so I'm just gonna sit in my corner and hug my phone till the signal comes right.

BTW, the Coverage Helpdesk has promised me an initial response in 15 working days!! I mean, what are they using, carrier pigeons that get lost often?! That's not resolution time, it's response time! Grrrr...

Sorry about the delay, im on the road a lot this week running field tests, il check whos assisting when i get into the office today.
 
Ok, ive followed up and it looks like ure 4oom away from a 3G enabled tower- there is a network planner holding up the investigation- but he obviously hasnt met me yet, il be your chiuaua on this complaint, il get the results we both need.
 
Feedback, I love it! I'm in a densely populated residential area, high LSM. Far from the tower is worrying. But I'm glad to hear someone's on my side!
 
@Voldemort: I received a call from a gentleman at the Coverage Helpdesk. He stated it would take several months for a resolution on this issue. When pushed, he became rude and made statements like "I regret calling you" and refusing to put me through to his supervisor, refusing to give contact details and denying issues. Please can you add this to the list of complaints? He was very rude and aggressive, customer service was terrible!

Also, please PM me your email address so I can forward some email info as well.
