MTN Retentions

Does anyone perhaps have a e-mail address for someone at MTN Retentions Department? I phoned them this morning.

My contract is due for upgrade on the 14th of December. The guy said the earliest he can make it is the 5th of December.

That is rediculous.
 
It does give you the earliest date that you can apply for:

And its normally a month or 2 ahead of expiry as in my case :)

It says I can upgrade on the 17th of December. Retentions say I can upgrade on the 5th of December. I'm sure someone at MTN can sort me out so I can upgrade a month in advance.
 
probably require a pay in then !

But on that note my MTN contract, i got it 2008 December 20th, and i got an upgrade due on 5th of september... so good luck :)
 
I think his quoted date of the 17th is already a couple of months early...

EDIT:

What you trying to get? I'm also due mid Dec, hoping I have an SGS or a Desire HD in my future :D

The contract expires on the 17th of April 2011. So the 5th of December 2010 is great but if it could be a month earlier it would be even better.

I want to get the Blackberry Torch. That is if I'm happy with it otherwise I'll take a White Bold 2.
