Hi guys I bought one of those Iphones MTN was selling a few months back, I bought an iphone 4 for R1500. Now it was from mtn direct, the phone is faulty it shows a black screen the whole time nothing else. If I phone my number it rings but nothing shows on the screen.

How do I return this or get it fixed the phone is less then three months old surely it's under a warrantee of some sort?

Yes just take the slip with that MTN direct sent with the device and phone to any MTN store and they will book it in for repair.

They should be able to pick up the warranty on their systems simply from the IMEI number. I stand corrected, but I don't think you need to take any documentation with you, though its probably a good idea in case there are issues.

Yeah the can pick it up. Last time I had to book a phone in they had to look up and reprint the documentation that gets sent with the phone for repair. So its just a good idea to take it with cause they will most likely ask for it.
