MTN Rouge Billing

@rpm please investigate

I have a MTN MyFlexi contract which I am using as a eSim on my iPhone.

Dispite not making a single call , sending any SMS and having 30GB of data " Bill for this number " is increasing daily by approximately R1.59 , this via the MTN app.

Subscription services and marketing are all unsubscribed.

I have checked it a number of times.

My allocated monthly amount is untouched.

This issue only started a few days ago. I am not sure if it is iOS 14.4 related or just a coincidence.

I am aware of 2 other users with the same problem.

Don't they bill you daily for your months contract? That's how mine work, the outstanding amount increases every day and at the end of the month, it totals your monthly subscription?

I showed the exact same pic to their in-store staff , no mention of the amount reflecting is your daily usage billing

Why would a company display your daily billing based on your monthly subscription ?

Its like showing a tenant what they are paying daily to rent your property !!

This is how mine works. Been like that for ages in the app. The amount increases daily. So take your contract value pm / days in the month, that should be more or less what it increases with daily.

Keeping in mind that your contract month with them is from the 27th of each month by the look of it.

That would make sense. For the first 20+ days of my contract it always displayed Zero , MTN are clueless dispite me showing them the pic and mailing customer service the same pic and them logging a billing query
