MTN SA recovery includes retrenchments

Looks likes every company is retrenching or has gone through retrenchments in this country. Only government and parastatals are immune at the moment.
 
In our company we go through a process of optimising a process then as staff leave don't replace them or redeployment. We are avoiding retrenchments as they cause loads of insecurity.

This should be a continuous process and not one that only happens when the poo hits the fan. That way you are always on top of your game instead of playing catch up.
