I took a cellphone contract with insurance included with mtn
Now i have lost the phone, i asked them to blacklist the phone and give me the itc number, they blacklisted the phone but they are refusing to give me the itc number, they are now ignoring my emails, when i call they keep saying their supervisor will call me back, but he never does. the worst part is that i can't claim for insurance without the itc.

please somebody help me, it's been 3 weeks now

What is the reason they are refusing to give you the ITC number?
 
I don't know, but i think it's a delay tactic to stop me from claiming insurance

I went to an MTN store today to blacklist a stolen phone and had the ITC number in about 20 minutes. is your account in order?

Yeah, physical stores are only there to sell you stuff. They are not able yo assist with account queries or anything. They simply give you a number to call.

Fck these vultures.

Did you go into a franchise store or bona fide MTN branch, there’s a big difference, the franchise stores are normally pretty useless.
