MTNSP - Everywhere you go

Good Morning.

If anyone should need some assistance with MTNSP related query's don't hesitate and we'll do our best to assist you.

Thanks.

i am at the end of my contract. looking at my average annual call rate i have decided to go with the procall 120. i would like to get the Nokia 7710.
Is this phone available? If not, whichother phone shares the same functions (if not better)?

Someone I know has got a 7710. It's nog a nice phone. It is very slow and sometimes freezes. Get yourself the i-Mate Jasjar or i-Mate K-Jam. You will definately like it.

I've got the Nokia 7710 and would'nt trade it for any phone on earth ... ...the slowness and freezing are not really problems anymore ... you just need to learn the device.. but my advice is rather lookout for newer phones ... you might struggle to get the 7710 ...I doubt Nokia still produce this device... it was an experimental release 1'st and last commercially released Series90 device ... I personally don't like Imates.

Hi, does this have to do with MTN Broadband? can it be handsets also?
I have been a MTN member for 11 years maybe 12.

I experienced a bad on at Fourways where i personally think that the primary focus was not the Customer and rather the work at hand - the lady went in to the back room and i then put the dummy phones on the counter and walked out.

Went to the Glen (the newer store) and i had much better experience.

My main request is that I am in search or would like to renew my contract which was supposed to have been done in March already (yes i have been patient)
I just dont understand why there are no good deal packages available with free gift lile cell c or vodacom offers.

I get many SMSs saying to renew or upgrade and then receive R100.00 - i really do not find this interesting at all.

Yet again, i am in need of a certain handset...so thats what i want help with.
The "good deal" would be great too if possible.

Mtn SP, As you are overwhelmed with queries at this stage, I will wait a while before I state my problem with over billing. If you check back, you will see that I have been the most active with the over billing problem.

Welcome to this site and I have no doubt we will have a better working relationship with MTN from now onwards.

Only problem is this thread is going to get toooo long. How can we get around this?

wellcome MTN reps, the is the best news from MTN this year & you guys are doing well so far, even better than on hellopeter were your colleagues are using cut & paste responses...guys who wanted to port are changing their minds now...cheers!

This was a thread myself and my colleague posted on this forum about 4 years ago when myself and data dude were reps on the forum. I publicly posted that we would assist no further under that name, you are back to square 1, yes you are indeed the most vocal on this site regarding your billing, if i could give you a credit just to placate you i would, but since your problem is not network coverage related and the people i have referred your matter to have come back to say that the billing queries have been attended to there really is nothing further i could assist you with, im sorry Marco.

snakepit please giv marco a chance...this thread is for customer queries and not squables, lets keep it clean

my apologies snakepit;i was fooled,i didnt check the date of the posts...when i came across this thread ystday i really thought it was new & i thougt its a wonderfull idea...indeed this is a good ghost thread...RIP
