MTN Simswap - USELESS

Did a simswap in the MTN Sandton City store today.

Called 808 tonight as the new sim wasn't working yet. Sandra claims that no sim swap was requested, and she can't help me. I must go back to the MTN store.

Why must I waste my time with something that should be trivial. They were quite happy to take my R135 for a tiny piece of plastic, but cannot execute the command successfully.

Please can someone help me? :wtf:
 
Had no issues. They charged me R120. And I think the sim was instantly activated.
 
Why cant she help you, thats odd? Pm me the details and il go over to 808 and have it checked out. Are you the account holder?

Yip. I am the account holder. Sandra said that I have to go back to the MTN store tomorrow, and 808 cannot help as the swap request hasn't been sent. Most annoying.

PM sent with account and sim card details. Thanks a ton for trying to help.

Also sent you a PM. Sim swop done over 2 weeks ago without any luck of been activated, maybe it's because they see my number as a staff.
